Tips to beat the summer..

The hot summer is on its way and it becomes important to cool yourself in this summer. There are some easy ways to keep your body cool in this summer. They are:

1. Dress in light, loose, cotton clothing. Loose fitting clothes allow air to circulate, keeping you cooler.

2. It is always a good idea to use subscreen of SPF 15 or higher before going out in the day time.

3. Drink lots of water. Do not wait until you feel thirsty. Just drink..drink..drink..

4. Try to avoid spicy foods. Instead increase the intake of fruits that are rich in fibre and water like melons.

5. Get plenty of sleep.
